I believe that when we are living closer to mother nature, we will feel more connected to the world around us and that this will show in our confidence and help us radiate and enhance our natural beauty. A stronger connection to nature is in the core of my heart and that is why I’m committed to continuing to learn more and bring this knowledge to you in my natural beauty products with therapeutic and healing herbs.

The Story Behind Kats Natural Solution

I’m a wife and mother of 3 kids who has led me on my journey to natural therapy. After having my twins, I had developed a hormonal imbalance which had made me realise that everything I put in and on my body is impacting my wellbeing and automatically the wellbeing of the people around me. This gave me the strong sense of wanting to learn and understand more about natural therapy and so I began to study naturopathy which I’m currently still doing. I am striving constantly to improve. I have developed a strong interest in nutrition and natural health products. My love for gardening and our environment has strengthened my understanding of the importance to develop a stronger connection to mother nature and therefore I grow as much as I can myself in the most eco-friendly way. Products that I can’t grow are carefully selected so that you can be assured that my products are natural, organic and eco-friendly. My garden is a no-dig organic garden where soil health is at the core of my heart and therefore you can trust that my products are packed with antioxidants and minerals because healthy soil is producing healthy herbs and healthy herbs are essential for good qualitative products.
